Course programme
This course is ideal for anyone who wishes to pursue the art of bread making. The programme will develop the skills required to carry out a range of preparation techniques, methods of baking and finishing techniques for a variety of bread products. Breads to be included will be both sweet and savoury e.g. Cobs, Olive and Herb Focaccia, Sour breads, Rye and Wholemeal breads, Chelsea Buns, Danish Pastries and Croissants. The aim of the course is to give skills and knowledge that will allow learners to make bread at home and especially for that special occasion. The course will be held in a professionally equipped kitchen and delivered by local artisan baker.
