This qualification has been developed with the aviation sector by NCFE for those who wish to work as cabin crew. Younger students are able to study the course but will need to be 18 before applying to work in the industry.

Course programme
The course runs for 3hrs per week from October to June and makes use of our mock cabin, there will also be some full day workshops later in the course that will be organised in negotiation with your tutor. During the course you will be expected to carry out a number of assessments that will include practical role plays, professional discussions, research and written assessments. You will also be expected to carry out some research and assignments in your own time.
There are no specific entry requirements but all candidates will be interviewed to ensure their are both committed and have a suitable level of language skills to be able to complete assessments to the required standard. You must be at least 16 years of age.
You will investigate the airline industry and the role of airline cabin crew and develop the necessary skills required to carry out the role of air cabin crew.
