The course covers the basic issues relating to childminding practice and provides candidates with a recognised certificate which meets OFSTED requirements (now compulsory for childminders.) Successful completion of the ICP also allows students to continue their studies to achieve the full qualification in DHB childcare. This course also allows nannies to seek approval under the Childcare. Suitable for: Candidates who wish to become registered Childminders and nannies who are seeking approval under the Childcare Approval Scheme.
