This short intensive qualification course aims to provide the basic skills in using ICT. ICT skills are required in most jobs and as an essential life skills as they are a good way of improving productivity and efficiency and as the pre-dominate way to communicate. You will need to be able to use a keyboard and a mouse and have some confidence with IT and this will be used to build your confidence and knowledge more. 100% Attendance is required to complete the course.

Course programme
