Word is used for word processing tasks, such as letters, faxes, etc. Excel is for spreadsheet work where you may be number crunching or wanting to analyse data. PowerPoint is a presentations application, where you can create slide shows. Outlook is the application that you use.

This 3-day course introduces you to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Word is used for word processing tasks, such as letters, faxes, etc. Excel is for spreadsheet work where you may be number crunching or wanting to analyse data. PowerPoint is a presentations application, where you can create slide shows. Outlook is the application that you use to send and receive email, as well as manage your calendar and tasks.
This course assumes no previous knowledge, and will get you up and running with these applications asap.
