This one day event will provide you with an introduction to the terminology and structure commonly applied to managing multiple, interdependent projects as programmes. It will be of interest to those who are currently working within a programme environment, or those that would like to develop their skills further in the areas of project management and change management.

  • Identifying dependencies between all of the projects in a programme

  • Review of each programme management role (senior responsible owner, business change manager and programme manager)
  • Creating suitable organisation structures for different types of programme environment

    Stakeholder management

  • Identification of stakeholders and their role in the programme and its related projects
  • Developing appropriate and relevant communications plans for each stakeholder

    Scoping and planning of a programme

  • Defining key milestones in the programme and ensuring these relate back to key delivery dates on individual projects
  • Identifying suitable mechanisms for monitoring progress across all projects within a programme of work
