Information manager specialising in
business information and knowledge management.
Chris has recently set
up her own business in Aberdeen and is also a part time lecturer for
London Metropolitian University. Chris was previously a manager of
Business Gateway Information Centre in Aberdeen. She has also worked as an
information manager in organisations including Aberdeen Grampian Chamber
of Commerce, the Consumers' Association and merchant bank Guiness Mahon.
Prior
to that she was a Senior Lecturer in Information Management at London
Metropolitan University - specialising in business information and
knowledge management. Other previous roles have included Information
Manager at the Consumers' Association and at merchant bank, Guinness Mahon
undCo. Chris has a BA (Hons) Librarianship and is a chartered member of
CILIP and a member of their Workplace Information Service Panel. She has a
professional diploma in management from the Open University and a
professional certificate in learning and teaching from the University of
North London. She is on the editorial board of Business Information Review.
