Introduction to "Valuing People" It is crucial that those working within the field of learning disabilities are familiar with the expectations and time frame for implementation of "Valuing People".  They need not only t understand what this means for their own service, but what the developments are for related services.  Only with this understanding can managers effectively plan for the future.  This course will help participants understand "Valuing People", how this impacts on their service and how they need to adapt to integrate their service into the developments
