Introduction

Through completing the course delegates course will gain an understanding of their legal responsibilities and the importance of integrating health & safety strategy into an organisation’s business objectives.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for those in a senior role who are responsible for determining policy and strategy planning for health & safety, including Directors, Vice Presidents and other senior managers.

• An overview of civil and criminal law covering: negligence, the Health and Safety at Work Act; the HSE enforcement policy, and corporate manslaughter.
