On successful completion of this course delegates, who operate MEWPS, will be able to identify and select the correct form of safety harness and lanyard. They will also be able to inspect, maintain, monitor, fit and use them effectively. Suitable for: This course is designed to train delegates in the skills of selecting, inspecting and safe use of a harness and its associated equipment when using either a mobile elevated working platform, a mobile tower or a working platform fitted to a forklift truck. Safe use when working at heights in accordance with good practice and health and safety legislation will also be covered. Delegates attending this course should be a minimum of 18 years old and be physically fit.
