At the end of this practical course, delegates will be able to: Describe the responsibilities of internal auditors, and their role in maintaining and improving management systems Explain the purpose and structure of ISO 9001:2008 Plan and prepare for an internal audit Gather objective evidence through observation, interview and sampling of documents and records. Suitable for: Managers and staff who are, or about to become, members of the organisation's audit team. ISO 9001 requires that staff are trained and competent Anyone wishing to achieve a recognised formal qualification in internal quality auditing.

At the end of this practical course, delegates will be able to:

  • A case study enables delegates to participate in group exercises and gain practical experience of all aspects of the internal audit process.
  • The course runs from 9.00am to 5.30pm on day one and from 9.00am to 5.15pm on day two.
  • Delegates must attend for the full duration of the course
