Course Objectives:This THREE-DAY course approved by the UK Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) is a recognised qualification for environmental management systems (EMS) auditors demonstrating competence in internal EMS auditing.
This course is suitable for you if you are, or will be, responsible for conducting environmental management system audits against the ISO 14001 standard within your organisation, and you wish to use the most appropriate and reliable techniques.
Previous experience of Quality or Environmental Management Systems is required for this course. There is an examination on the last day, and a certificate will be issued on completion of the course, which will contribute to the requirements to register as an IEMA Environmental Auditor specializing in EMS assessments.
