Course programme

This course covers the differences between ISO/TS 16949:2009 and QS 9000 and helps top management implement an effective transition.

ISO/TS 16949:2009 is the new automotive industry standard that replaced QS 9000, VDA6.1, EAQF and AVSQ automotive industry and national standards in December 2003. The standard is based on ISO 9001:2000 but with the additional specific requirement that an organisation must demonstrate its ability to meet the customer specific requirements for the product or service while achieving continual improvement through its business activities.
