IT (IT User) Apprenticeship Entry Requirements
A Level 1 qualification, such as CLAIT, is desirable.

Content To achieve the NVQ 2 candidates will need to achieve units to the value of 130 to include:
Mandatory Unit: Make selective use of IT (value 25)

Key Skills in Communication, Application of Number also form part of the course structure.

EER must be covered as part of the Induction

Assessment You must be in employment and you will be assessed in the workplace. There are no exams for the NVQ. A portfolio of evidence is built up on the vision2learn platform. A portfolio of evidence and an end test will be required for Key Skills Progression Candidates can progress to the Advanced Apprenticeship Framework
