IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals - Apprenticeship - Level 2

This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of workplace assessment for the Level 2 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals, and day-release college attendance for Functional Skills and the knowldege-based City & Guilds qualification.

The mandatory units of the Level 2 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT & Telecoms Professionals are:

- Health and safety in ICT and Contact Centres
- Develop personal and organisational effectiveness
- Customer care
- Interpersonal and written communication

Candidates will then choose further optional units.
