The Course
With the majority of student time spent gaining practical skills in our state of the art labs; this is very much a 'hands on' degree that provides students with the real world skills that modern businesses demand. The excellence of the skills taught on this programme is reflected in the career prospects of our graduates, many of who have now progressed to senior positions in the IT sector.
This is not a conversion programme, it is designed for practitioners and graduates who desire to develop their skills to a new advanced level preparing them for a future at the cutting edge of computing.
The modular design of the programme means that it can be approached with different aims in mind and there is clear flexibility for change. Many people have the MSc as their goal from the outset, but others will be content to aim for a Postgraduate Diploma or Certificate, or just to study one or two modules to supplement their record of Continuing Professional Development.
Duration and mode of study
Full-time MSc students starting in September will complete the programme in 12 months.
