This course offers a useful introduction to the language and culture of Italy. Whether you require a language for work to get by on holiday abroad or whether you just enjoy learning about other countries and cultures this course will benefit you. Open to all students

·Directions and signs
·Food and drink
·Shopping
·Free time activities
·Services and emergencies

There will be a number of planned social events designed to enrich the learner's experience throughout the course including visits to the cinema, restaurants, markets, cultural events etc.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed in the four skill areas of Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing at Entry Level through a series of practical tasks.
What can I do next?
On successfully completing the qualification you will have the opportunity to progress to a higher level course. Usually this will be to the next stage Preliminary (Level 1)
