Pasta, Pasta, Pasta!
You will be able to delve deeper into Italian cookery by being introduced to a wider selection of regional pastas and their sauces. This course is perfect for those of you who have been to our pasta making courses before as you will be able to practice your pasta making skills as well as learning new techniques and sauces. It is also suitable for those who have never made pasta before as everything is made from scratch, the teacher and our cookery staff are always on hand to assist you. The sauces will change with the seasons, so you can return to us again and again!
