This part time evening course leads to a professional qualification in Sports Massage. Course Features

Experience of working at sporting events and in a professional therapy salon is a major feature of the course.

A part time evening course that allows you to continue in employment until you are qualified.

A wide range of advanced massage techniques and machines are taught for effective management and treatment of all common joint and muscle injuries and for posture correction.

A review of muscle and skeletal anatomy is carried out with greater emphasis on the role of these systems in a sporting environment.
Career Prospects and Progression

Employment can be gained through Cruise Liners, Health Farms/Spas, Health and Fitness Clubs and Self Employment. Professional Sports clubs also employ Sports Massage therapists. Further training in Holistic Therapies.

Practical assessments whilst working on clients, a portfolio of evidence and written assignments and case studies.
