ITIL Intermediate Level - Planning, Protection and Optimisation

During the ITIL Planning, Protection and Optimisation course, students will be taught how service management creates business value, the risk management process, key processes and the activities that are associated with them, considerations to be made towards technology and its implementation and continual process improvement.

Module 2 – Capacity Management
Module 3 – Availability Management
Module 4 – IT Service Continuity Management
Module 5 – Information Security Management
Module 6 – Demand Management
Module 7 – PPO Roles and Responsibilities
Module 8 – Technology and Implementation Considerations
Module 9 - Exam Preparation

Upon completion of this course, you will earn 4 ITIL credits that will count towards gaining the ITIL Expert certification which requires a total of 22 ITIL credits.
