This new course is a great way to get creative with just a few tools, a selection of wires and your imagination to create your own unique pieces of jewellery.
The course is suitable for beginners and those with previous jewellery making experience.
The course will introduce you to working with a range of wires, (including silver and gold plated, coloured and copper wires,) and a few tools to make small simple pieces leading to larger intricate pieces through the duration of the day.
You will have the chance to incorporate textile techniques such as knitting, crocheting and macramé should you want to. You will also be able to include other materials such as silver, nylon, leather and beads to compliment your wire jewellery.
Wires and fastenings will be provided for during the day but you are also welcome to bring any of your own materials.
Silver findings can be purchased from the course tutor.
