Jewellery Making for Beginners (SCQF level 4)

The College has developed this range of creative workshops to inspire individuals in later life to start something new or further develop their own creative journey. The workshops are delivered in an informal and supportive way by our highly experienced staff who are artists, photographers, designers and makers. So why not take this opportunity to meet and learn with like minded individuals in a friendly and creative atmosphere… this is the time to be inspired!This is an ideal course for those wishing to learn new skills in Jewellery making. In our fully equipped workshops you will learn basic techniques, including sawing, soldering, various texturing techniques and polishing as well as simple stone setting techniques. The course will also cover jewellery making tools and materials, and where to purchase them.
