The Add-On course is aimed at Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers who wish to use kettlebells as part of fitness sessions for their clients. There will be specific focus upon correct technique, health and safety aspects and planning/adapting kettlebell work.

You must have have a Personal Trainer qualification to take this course.

Karl has a very diverse and broad expertise in the areas of health and fitness, he talks and lectures on topics from female fat loss, hormones to psychology, exercise, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, performance, nutrition and everything in-between. He has a BSc (Hons). In sports therapy from the University of Teesside and further professional certifications and is currently pursuing an MSc in Rehabilitation.
