Land-based Studies (Horticulture) Level 1

On this course you will participate in practical horticultural activities. You will gain skills and knowledge of the horticulture sector and develop your personal and social skills.

You will work towards a level 1 Certificate in Land-Based Studies and have the opportunity to take exams in English and maths.

Entry Requirements

• An initial assessment indicating you are working at a minimum of entry level 2 in English.
• You will have an interview with the course tutor to make sure the course is right for you and to see if you have any additional support needs.
• Foundation Learning course entry requirements include a minimum of Milestone 7/8.
