You will study essential areas of legal knowledge such as public law, land law, equity and trusts, contract law, criminal law and tort law. In your final year, you choose from a range of specialist modules, including commercial law, intellectual property law, financial services law, and international law.
With links to a range of legal, and related, employers in London, you'll have - as a law student - access to a range employability events, including talks and networking opportunities. You can also apply to assist volunteer lawyers on real cases at the university's Legal Advice Centre or apply to assist with the Innocence Project London.

About this course
For entry in September 2021, you will require:
64 UCAS points from A-Levels (we also accept UCAS points from alternative Level 3 qualifications including: BTEC Nationals, the International Baccalaureate and Scottish and Irish Highers)
AND YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE:
GCSE English (Language or Literature) AND GCSE Maths at grade 4/C or above. We also consider equivalent qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2, in place of GCSEs.
What you should know about this course
The LLB Hons Law (Extended) course includes an entry year to help students access degree study in this subject with a lower entry tariff.
This is a Qualifying Law Degree, as recognised by the Bar Standards Board.
The LLB is designed for the arrival of the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) in 2021.
