LBO MODEL BUILDING COURSE – THREE DAYS

This training course provides the opportunity for delegates to practise and improve their ability to model LBOs using Excel. On this course delegates imagine working with a business that is contemplating taking on extra debt as part of an LBO.

At the end of the course participants will have a record of their own work and a permanent record of the steps they have taken to create their own LBO model.

By the end of the course participants will understand: Key concepts in acquisition finance; How acquisitions are structured; The detailed functioning of levered deals; The impact of using different debt and equity instruments; How to analyse leveraged acquisitions and buyouts; The essential principles involved in modelling LBOs.
