Thsi is aimed at Deputies or mangers within the care sector. This replaces the Registered Managers Award

Consists of 8 units

• Lead and Manage provision of services, that respects, protects and promotes the rights of people
  
• Develop and Maintain Systems, procedures and practice of care services to manage risks and comply with Health and Safety requirements .
  
• Lead and Manage effective commmunication that promotes positive outcomes for people within care services.
  
• Plus 4 optional units suited to your particular job role.
