Leadership and Management Foundation Degree

Make an immediate impact with a course designed to produce highly skilled people who know their subject and can apply it.
Designed in consultation with employers, the course content focuses on the development of leadership and management skills to enable students to pursue Business Management careers.

The course aims to give a broad knowledge of the issues involved in business. You will develop skills in communication, problem solving and team working. Skills are made relevant to the workplace and there are clear links between theory and actual business practice.

How will I be taught?
A combination of lectures, seminars, tutorials, workshops, work based projects and directed independent study.

When will I attend?
Monday evening 6:00pm - 9:00pm
1 Saturday in each month 9.00am - 3.30pm

How will I be assessed?
Work based projects, assignments, presentations, portfolio and business simulations.

What do I need?

• A Levels or
• Relevant NVQ Level 3 or
• Access to HE Diploma

Applications are welcomed from mature students without formal qualifications subject to relevant experience.
Also the equivalent of GCSE Mathematics and English by the time your studies are completed.
