OVERVIEW

This 2 day programme has been developed for those new to leadership or wishing to gain further insight into the responsibilities of leadership and give an understanding as to the types of leadership style they may find within the work environment.

COURSE CONTENT

Aim:
To discuss leadership and styles of leadership within the working environment

1. To recognise the difference between leadership and management

2. To identify alternative leadership styles and qualities

3. To know when and how to apply a particular leadership style in the workplace

4. To assess the effects of differing leadership styles on group activities

5. To recognise own preferred leadership style

6. To develop trust within the team

COURSE FEES

The cost of this 2 day course is £1200.00 + VAT per course of 12 students for Organisations requiring bespoke in house training.
