  • I enjoyed your workshops a lot specially the mind-set, because I learnt about the comfort zone and the roots of why I’m in the grey zone, and how to boost it to the Sparkling Zone. I liked the group workshop, because it gave us a practice of how to manage team thinking, accepting each other a bit more easier, as well as staying focused on the main topic without distraction. The fact that I was enrolled in your amazing course helps me in PERSONAL & CAREER.

  • Appreciated spending time looking at the different parts of emotional intelligence and what it means to me as a leader. The tutors really knew their stuff!

  • I already have my MBA and wanted to add psychology to my skills. After much research, I decided to invest in Eskil’s Leadership Psychology workshop, facilitated by people certified in assessing and coaching through emotional intelligence. This workshop is very useful to me. Their 360 degree assessment helped me to understand my own emotional intelligence and also how others in my organization see me. Further, the facilitators allocated a dedicated time to me to help me plan my personal development as well as my leadership development.

Building your Emotional Intelligence

One of the things that we are seeing in the leadership environment is a great focus on the competencies – those ‘hard skills’ that you have as a leader in your organisation. However, sat within the heart of that is the psychology: your emotional intelligence; the way that you look at the past; the way that you deal with the future. Integrated Psychology of Leadership session is a 3-day workshop for leaders to identify ways to build organisational health through the strength of their personal psychology.

About this course

This learning & development experience has many objectives including: Correlate leadership psychology with organisational health; Explore the Integrated Psychology of Leadership; See how the 5 aspects of emotional intelligence drive leadership capability; Develop your approach to nurturing your senior leadership team; Build your personal leadership development pathway

Our workshops are based around confidentiality: senior people need a safe 'sandboxed' environment to explore their thinking and so we must create the right space for this to happen. Based on this, our program is only open to such people as: CEOs / Managing Directors interested in growing their strategic capability; Members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) needing to bolster their strategic strengths; Members of the Senior Management Team identified for progression into the SLT. If you are unsure about the suitability of this workshop for you, contact our Concierge Team and they can talk it through with you.

Completion of a 360-degree emotional intelligence assessment to help put the program into context and give our facilitators time to prepare for a 1:1 session to explore the individual Leadership Development Pathway.

An output of this short course is a personal development plan based on your individual and 360-degree assessment of your Emotional Intelligence, supported by a 1:1 feedback session with one of our leadership facilitators. Our Internal Verification team will review your output prior to sending you your Certification of Completion. All of this can be attached to your HR Record as a demonstration of competence.

Facilitated by former CEOs, leadership experts and psychologists, our multi-lingual programs are held in high-quality venues using business psychology, extensive individual and group exercises, contemporary case studies and more. Our ROI-focused sessions are limited to a maximum of 16 people at a time but our model has been designed for us to deliver 1:1 in certain circumstances.

You will be contacted by a member of our Concierge Team to discuss your motivation for attending the short course and to determine what objectives you are looking for our facilitators to realise for you during the course of the sessions.

What I would highlight: I have always been fascinated with emotional intelligence and mindfulness and wanted to understand how these can be applied in my life and my work. I also wanted to speak with the facilitators about how to encourage this in my organization. Eskil use British and Arabic facilitators so that there were never any problems with language and we could also discuss how different cultures see leadership. This was a very informative and demanding workshop and I greatly recommend it.
What could be improved: Everything good.
