Making the move into a supervisory, team leading or management role can be demanding. It needs new skills, so that you can get results through other people - particularly important if the new 'reports' were previously team colleagues until a recent point in time. These essential skills, and especially the people-to-people skills for new Supervisors/Team Leads/Managers, do not come. Suitable for: Any one who is new to, or will soon be in, a team leadership or management role. The course will also benefit anyone who now could benefit from a 'consolidation' course.

Course programme
These essential skills, and especially the people-to-people skills for new Supervisors/Team Leads/Managers, do not come naturally. This course will help you start to develop them.
After two days you will have the confidence to put them into practice - and begin the process of effective, professional team leadership control.
This intensive 2-day course is highly participative and provides delegates with guidance on how they can build and develop key skills needed when they move into a leadership role.
The course is designed to be as practical as possible.
The program format includes individual and group discussions, simulation exercises and input from the course leader.
Delegates Will Learn How To:
- Identify the key elements in a supervisory role/team leading role.
- Understand the importance of clear communication to the leadership/manager/mentor role.
- Develop tools and techniques that can be used to plan, control and deliver work with and through the actions of other people.
Any one who is new to, or will soon be in, a team leadership or management role. The course will also benefit anyone who now could benefit from a 'consolidation' course.
