Lean Manufacturing module introduces the concepts and the philosophy of Lean , combined with the essential support tools and techniques required to apply Lean in your organisation.

To achieve the Qualification the individuals are required to under take a work based improvement project to implement the techniques learnt and provide a measurable pay back for the company.

The course requires the successfull submission of 3 written reports
