  • Drop in weekly classes
  • The classes offered by Mind Space are designed to help you discover a deep experience of peace within. The classes are perfect for beginners.
  • They start with a 20 minute guided meditation where you will have the opportunity to be guided through a body relaxation meditation and then breathing meditation - this will leave you feeling refreshed, calm and centered.
  • Then there is a talk following the subject matter of that week revealing the practical application of meditation
  • Following this will be another opportunity to be guided through a meditation based upon the theme of the class.
  • Member of the class can then engage in discussion and if necessary ask questions.
  • The session concludes with refreshment and social.
  • Seating is on chairs although if you wish to sit on a cushion on the floor you are welcome to bring your own with you.
