• Stair casing and resale issues.
• Resale's without RSL approval.
• Common hold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 implications for RSLs.
• Stamping tenancy agreements.
• Basic rules and latest developments.
• Court procedures - market rented stock.
• Process Overviews - Tips for court attendance and recent developments.

The session will be interactive and the trainers will welcome questions on current cases in the above areas.
