Babak Boghraty Babak Boghraty is a Professor of Law at Boston University School of Law. His area of focus is global compliance. Mr. Boghraty brings two decades of combined legal and business experience to this field, having assisted multinational enterprises establish and maintain a long-term presence in Iran.   Mr. Boghraty graduated from BU School of Law in 1989 and practiced litigation at Kelley Drye & Warren (Miami and Los Angeles) and Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe (Los Angeles) until the late 1990s.  He then returned to Europe and Iran to help...
