Day one - Sales and Negotiation. This day will be spent looking t the way in which the letting industry works and how business potential can be maximised by using excellent sales & negotiation techniques.

Day two - Day to day letting & management looks at the processes and procedures which will be involved int he running of a letting and property management agency; adminstrative processes are paramount so the course will provide an in-depth view of the procedures which must be put in place. There will also be a reat deal of emphasis on the legal paperwork which has to be used.

Day three - Legal lettings. Legislation plays a very important part in the development and the day to day running of an agency. The fundamental areas which will be dealt with are legal safety regulations; serving of notices; dealing with breach of contract and managing deposit disputes.
