Course Content

The food industry is no different to any other industry in that persons employed require suitable training, instruction and supervision.

Official industry guides give advice on best practice and compliance with Legislation.

Duration

This is classroom based training. Courses are of 6 hours duration and are usually run in 3 sessions. They are tailored to suit the particular needs of the business, and are generally held on a monthly basis.
