Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
Following the introduction of new Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006, it is now a legal requirement for all food handlers to receive food hygiene training, as well as those responsible for food businesses to
implement food safety management procedures.
In order to help businesses comply with their new statutory duty, Test Valley Borough Council Housing, Health and Community Services is running food hygiene training courses.
