What is Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering / Manufacturing (previously called the Foundation (Basic) Food Hygiene Certificate?
Level 2 Award in Food Hygiene Certificate is a course for all personnel involved with the handling of food. This course is delivered by a CIEH registered trainer and is approved by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. This course can be delivered in two different formats - one for the Catering industry, the other for Manufacturing. Both courses can be delivered side by side.
