Food Hygiene Revision/Update Training

A 2-3 hour course designed to refresh knowledge on the general principles of food hygiene, as well as updating on current legislative changes. The course is appropriate for food handlers already in possession of a Level 2 Award certificate, which is over 3 years old.

A test of understanding will conclude the course and all delegates are issued with a Food Hygiene Matters Certificate of Attendance.
