Course review:
The Food Safety course will enable students to understand the key issues relating to the causes, recognition and control of contaminated and unfit food. This course matches the syllabus used by both The Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH / RIPH) and The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
This course is designed for all health and social care workers who handle or prepare food within the work place, as they are required to have an insight of the responsibilities involved in ensuring the health and safety of patients, clients, visitors and colleagues and ensure best practice is paramount.
