This course will provide you with a general overview of the IT industry today and the skills and knowledge that are required for a career in IT as either a user or a practitioner.
You will learn new and exciting techniques in software, web and image design projects as well as the chance to build and use various pieces of hardware to install systems.
The course consists of 1 core unit - IT Skills for Work, and 5 optional units - Technological & E-Commerce, Web Page Creation, Databases - Design & Use, Customer Support, and IT Systems & User Needs.
