This qualification is designed to develop learners knowledge and understanding on mental health conditions. There are 10 mandatory units that are required to be successfully completed and they are: -Understanding mental health -Understanding stress -Understanding anxiety -Understanding phobias -Understanding depression -Understanding post-natal depression -Understanding bipolar disorder -Understanding schizophrenia -Understanding dementia -Understanding eating disorders Learners must successfully demonstrate their achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the units.Through guided learning using the student support material, one-to-one sessions with the tutor, group tutorials and independent study.
