This qualification offers you the opportunity to develop a career in maintaining and managing ICT resources. You will gain the knowledge and understanding required to support and maintain computer systems



You will require 4 GCSEs grades A*- D including English and Maths or a Welsh Baccalaureate with a Level 1 in IT Users or a related vocational qualification. Or suitable experience.


You will be invited to attend an interview and will undertake an assessment in literacy and numeracy to establish any support required.
