Level 2 Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning & Development

This course is very popular with employers and is designed to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills relating to children’s care, learning and development. It will provide you with the opportunity to gain the required qualification for working in a supervised role in the early years and childcare sector as a pre-school, nursery school or playgroup assistant, primary school classroom assistant, care assistant or childminder. You will have access to the Early Years specialist resource room which is fully equipped with play and practical resources. You will also have the opportunity to care for the 'Real Care Babies' during the course.
