Relevant experience in the Hospitality & Catering industry will be considered. 19+ Interview and level 2 English and Level 1 Maths on assessment or evidence of achieving within the last 5 years. 4. Assessment method During your programme you will be assessed by observation of your practical skills short answer papers supplementary questions and completion of a portfolio.
