You will study the following units: - Contribute to Workplace Good Housekeeping - Ensure Your Own Actions Reduce Risks to Health and Safety - Maintain Positive Working Relationships - Carry Out Routine Light Vehicle Maintenance - Remove and Replace Light Vehicle Engine Units and Components - Remove and Replace Light Vehicle Auxiliary Electrical Units and Components - Remove and Replace Light Vehicle Chassis Units and Components - Remove and Replace Light Vehicle Transmission and Driveline Units and Components You will learn and develop your skills through a mixture of lessons, demonstrations, assignments and practical tasks in the college workshops and classrooms. You will be assessed through a combination of: - Written phase tests - External on line testing - Key skills assessments will also take place in Communication, Application of Number and IT You will be guided to produce a portfolio of evidence to show your competence and understanding of the qualification and skills. - Appreciation of health and safety in the workshop - Removal and replacing of light engine units and componentsYou will learn and develop your skills through a mixture of lessons, demonstrations, assignments and practical tasks in the college workshops and classrooms.
