The course is designed around 10 individual Modules and is suitable for all levels of food handlers. These modules represent approximately 7 hours learning time and finishing with a multi-choice exam. Suitable for: Suitable for staff involved with the production handling and sale of food to the public. Food handlers have a legal responsibility to ensure they handle food in a manner that will reduce the risks of hazards entering the food which may cause illness, injury or harm to the consumer.

The course is designed around 10 individual Modules and is suitable for all levels of food handlers. These modules represent approximately 7 hours study time. Suitable for staff concerned with the production and sale of food who have a legal responsibility to ensure its safe handling.

Timings
1. Training courses can be presented over one eight hour day
2. Four two hour evening sessions.
3. Over a night shift at your premises
