Level 2 in Food Safety

Delegates will be able to apply good safety procedures on completion of this course. Suitable for those working in catering/hospitality setting where food is prepared, cooked and served such as pubs, restaurants, contract catering, hospitals, care and nursing homes, schools and prisons.

At the end of this course employees who handle food will understand the importance of food and safety and knowledge of the systems, techniques and procedures involved. They will have the confidence and expertise to deliver food safely to customers.
