STRUCTURE OF AWARD
To achieve a Level 2 Food Processing and Cooking NVQ candidates are required to complete 11 units in total (3 mandatoryunits plus 8 optional units).
A NVQ Level 2 takes approximately 6 months to 1 year to complete.
This qualification can be obtained as a single NVQ or as part of an Apprenticeship.
